StrategyB4Tactics is focused on small business growth and profitability. Most small businesses use a variety of marketing and operation tactics but do not develop a clear concise strategy for success. We help our clients develop easy to follow strategies that tie all of their various marketing and operational strategies together.
Experience dictates that single event seminars do not promote business change. Small business owners, benefit from continual workshops and coaching to effect significant change. Coaching and teaching are areas where StrategyB4Tactics excels. Participants in our programs will find they develop a long-term relationship with their coaches.
